We are currently seeking an Accounts Administrator to join our team, providing support with accounting duties, administrative tasks and office coordination. This role is a full-time opportunity to join the Marline Newcastle team, where you will manage the complete invoicing process, provide administrative assistance and support to the administration and finance teams, along with the wider team. Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to; Project invoicing Debt management Full lifecycle project administration Providing high-level administration support across the team. Provide guidance and support to the administration team, assisting with complex tasks and ensuring smooth workflow across the administration department. Assisting our Finance Team & Payroll Overseeing Office operations & housekeeping Acting as the key point of contact for clients face to face, over telephone and email, responding to enquiries Providing project administration support including managing project/client databases and document registers To be successful in the role you will have; Demonstrated experience in accounts / office administration role Proficiency in accounting and project management systems Adept understanding and adherence to regulatory requirements and accounting standards Intermediate to advanced administration skills across Microsoft 365 package Strong critical thinking and analytical skills with superior attention to detail Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal Highly organised, with effective time management skills Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport quickly and maintain trust with both clients and peers Confident ability to work both independently and as a part of a team Display a high level of professionalism; and A willingness to learn, proactivity, reliability, and problem-solving skills.
