Contract Administrator — Perth CBD, Perth

The role will be centred around the complete ownership and subsequent management of all non-clinical, facilities maintenance and service contracts. Client Details Our client is one of the largest healthcare providers within Australia and New Zealand, employing over 17,000 individuals who both manage and support the execution of a diverse service offering. The suite of services offered incorporate hospitals, pathology clinics, home nursing, an array of disability services, and social outreach programs. Description The role will be exclusively responsible for lower value, non-clinical, service and facilities maintenance contracts. The responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following: Preparation and subsequent management of low risk, low value tenders and proposals, which may include general tender documentation, pricing submissions, basic negotiations and the review of basic terms and conditions. Maintain the validity of live contracts through the relevant register which may include but is not limited to variations, claims, supplier performance reviews, pricing reviews etc. Back-end administration particularly around PO governance, contract registration, checking supplier qualifications to ensure compliance to relevant contracts etc. Profile The successful candidate would demonstrate or have experience across the following: Previous experience within a similar or equivalent position; demonstrated experience managing service and facilities maintenance contracts would be considered highly desirable. Demonstrated experience managing or supporting on the end-to-end tender process. An in-depth and operational understanding of the end-to-end procurement and contract management process.
