Customer Service/Administration — Hope Island, Gold Coast North

Join a collaborative team in a massive name in the manufacturing industry as their customer service and internal sales superstar What you will be doing? Answer customer queries through phone calls and emails. Monitoring email inbox and sorting emails efficiently Processing orders from multiple channels (phone, email, website) Input orders, find products and check stock availability via SAP. Managing customer back orders upon receipt of stock Understand the product range and provide customers with recommendations. Work closely with warehouse and sales staff to provide customers accurate information for order ETA’s. Build strong relationships with customers and provide excellent service. Other general invoicing, filing and administration tasks. What are we looking for? Minimum 1 year experience in customer service/Internal sales roles preferred. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a drive to acquire new skills and understand business functions. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Excellent communication skills with intermediate skills in MS Office SAP experience or familiarity with similar software is desirable.
