It's always an exciting time to join the Royal Agricultural Society (RAS) of NSW Why will you enjoy this role? We are currently seeking a Graphic Designer to join our Marketing team. This role focuses on developing and executing graphic design projects across a diverse range of RAS divisions. Including the Sydney Royal Easter Show (SRES), Sydney Showground, Sydney Royal Wine, Dairy and Fine Food Shows, RAS Foundation, RAS Membership, RAS Education and RAS Corporate. Tasks include but are not limited to: Generating and creating original ideas and approaches Marketing campaign assets, including online & offline advertisements, signage & activation assets and designs Event manuals, guides, maps and resources Annual reports, magazines and other corporate communications Educational teaching resources for RAS programs including Farm Days, Ag In a Box and Discover Ag, including signage, newsletters, and teacher communications Create brand identities for various RAS initiatives and events. This includes developing logos, visual themes, and graphic elements that align with the overall brand strategy and objectives. Work closely with external vendors and agencies as needed to execute design projects. Contribution to continual improvement of marketing planning processes About you… You will develop effective relationships with multiple stakeholders and adjust seamlessly to changing situations and diverse groups. You will exhibit creative and strategic thinking, strong organisational skills, and meticulous attention to detail. Self-motivated and proactive, you will display initiative and the ability to prioritise multiple tasks. Excellent communication skills, along with the ability to work under pressure while maintaining composure, are essential for this role. Additionally, you will have the following qualifications: Tertiary qualifications in Graphic Design or related discipline 5 years work experience in a relevant field High level of graphic & digital design skills Experience working with cross-functional teams Experience with digital design and social media assets Knowledge of print production processes Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) Microsoft Office Suite Project management software (desirable) About us… The Royal Agricultural Society of NSW (RAS) manages the Sydney Royal Easter Show, Sydney Royal competitions, the RAS Foundation, Australasian Animal Registry and the Sydney Showground.
