HSEQ Administrator Newcastle, NSW Permanent role working on a 3 year project $110,000 Super Provide HSEQ support for the a large redevelopment construction project and assist the wider HSEQ Team with Health and Safety administration. Key Responsibilities: Implement our clients safety policies and procedures. Administer PCBU HSEQ software for the project. Create and manage project-specific site inductions in Lucidity (Managment system) Handle employee inductions, including account setup and document uploads. Coordinate and maintain HSEQ training and employee records. Manage subcontractor inductions and training records in Lucidity. Assist the Project Manager with HSEQ document maintenance. Provide HSEQ guidance to the project team. Prepare monthly HSEQ reports. Maintain audit and inspection records, ensuring timely action. Support the project team with safety incidents, hazards, and near misses notifications and investigations. Foster a safety culture by building relationships with the project team and contractors. Conduct daily site walks and encourage team participation in KPIs. Represent the project team in PCBU meetings. Perform other reasonable duties as required. Qualifications and Experience: Essential: Certificate IV in WHS. Experience working with trades (Preferably on contruction sites) Knowledge of relevant legislation and codes of practice. Attention to detail and proactive attitude. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and with the project team.
