Prepare accurate quotations tailored to meet customer needs. Engage in daily Work in Progress (WIP) meetings to ensure smooth operations. Effectively manage cases utilizing CRM or other relevant ERP platforms. Skills & Qualifications: Possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar product based customer service role. Ideal for individuals passionate about interior design or those with prior experience in the building industry, ready to excel in customer service. Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
