We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Manager with strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen attention to detail. As a Customer Service Manager, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer service operations. You will manage all facets of customer service, including member services, visitor information, and retail, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and seamless service delivery. What's in it for you? Leadership: Ensure high standards in customer interactions and foster a positive team culture. Retail Sales & Casual Facility Hire: Oversee retail operations and facility hire. Events & Functions: Collaborate with Events & Bookings Team and Venue Managers to ensure adequate staffing. Strategy: Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service and set aligned KPIs. Financial Management: Develop budgets, manage profit and loss, and deliver accurate financial forecasts. Administration: Train staff on systems, oversee recruitment, supervision, and performance management. Relationship Management: Foster and maintain strong internal and external relationships. What do you need? Demonstrated experience in a leadership role focused on exceptional customer service. Current Working with Children Check. Current First Aid & CPR qualifications. Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organisational and administrative skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Powerpoint etc.) Experience with an event or sales management software is a plus.
