The position requirements include but are not limited to : Assist in addressing technical inquiries through various communication channels available to dealers/installers Collaborate with field sales and sales administration to enhance customer service Partner closely with the warranty specialist, recognising the integral connection between technical support and warranty services Engage with the product marketing team to identify and address focal points within their portfolios, to contribute to company improvement To be considered for this role you will ideally possess the following: A grade electricial licence with SAA accreditation Experience in installing, fault finding and repairing PV/DC Systems.
