We are seeking an experienced property/commercial lawyer to work as part of the Department of Transport and Main Road's Legal Services team. Some of your responsibilities will include:- providing accurate legal advice on a wide range of legal matters;- drafting and negotiating a wide range of legal documents;- building and maintaining collaborative working relationships with internal clients and external stakeholders;- preparing briefings and instructions to Crown Law and other external legal providers on matters of a complex legal nature.
