About the Role Participate in the identification, development, implementation and evaluation of quality and service improvement and/or research activities that enhance the delivery of social work services and promote patient centred care within an interprofessional service Demonstrated ability to provide high quality, efficient, patient centred and evidence based social work assessment and management to patients in the PA Hospital. Provide safe, patient-centred and compassionate care considering each patient's psychological, social, emotional, spiritual and physical care. Apply increasingly independent clinical judgement to social work decision making under clinical practice supervision or professional guidance of senior staff.
