THE ROLE If you thrive on the excitement of pursuing new opportunities, establishing your own territory and being part of a growing Sales team, this is the perfect role for you As a Sales Representative for our client (managing a designated territory in the E/SE suburbs of Melbourne), you will be responsible for meeting revenue, profitability and growth targets in accordance with company goals. You will actively create, implement and execute sales & marketing strategies to expand the portfolio and maintain relationships with local & national distributors. The role offers diverse daily duties and our client are seeking a polished, proactive, energetic and proven sales professional to join their team RESPONSIBILITIES Plan and implement sales strategies to achieve targets Maintain a close relationship with key customers in your designated territory - and understand the national relationship if applicable Develop and execute a sales & marketing plan, which should include sales campaigns, call plans and sales budget Report on a monthly basis to management regarding market and sales activities Update the CRM with all relevant information after client calls and meetings Collect market data, intel & provide feedback when needed to support the Product Management and Marketing teams Attendance of trade related activity requirements, with potential interstate travel as required Compile and conduct store/branch level training programs as and when needed ABOUT YOU You will be an experienced, enthusiastic and dedicated Sales Professional, with a proven knack of driving performance and exceeding Sales targets. You have experience in meeting sales targets through the promotion of the suite of products and providing training to local & national distributors.
