My client is looking for an Administration Officer with an urge to move into a Compliance Officer role within the IT Space. You might have come from an administration background within government/insurance/banking/IT/Accounting/legal where you understood the impact of miscalculation or overlooking data has to those organisations. My client is looking for a data zealot who enjoys getting through nitty gritty detail capable of conducting due diligence and taking charge of the organisations compliance standards and certifications. You'll need to be a strong writer and communicator with a above average technical skills (Excel and Word) and report writing ability. About You: A keen eye for detail and a natural ability to identify and mitigate risks. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey compliance matters. A self-starter with a positive attitude who can work independently. Proficiency in MS Teams and Office applications, especially Excel and Word. Primary Duties: It's worth noting that my client is willing to train and develop the successful applicant across various certifications and compliance requirements of their business but their main focus is on finding someone who aligns strongly to their moral and ethical values of supporting one another and working as a team to be a successful high performing organisation. Oversee and complete tasks necessary to ensure compliance across various domains. Manage and maintain supplier and security certifications. Coordinate with government panels and ensure adherence to their requirements. Handle vendor reseller statuses and associated rebate programs. Focus on ESG (Environmental, Social & Governance) elements, promoting anti-corruption, and combating human trafficking and modern slavery. General Duties: Keep a detailed, up-to-date task lists to maximise productivity and effectiveness. Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all compliance-related activities. Deliver commitments to stakeholders on time. Support other team members and departments as needed and take on additional duties as requested.
