Rubix Solutions is seeking for a CX Designer based in Sydney Join our dynamic team About Us: Rubix Solutions, in collaboration with a top-tier consultancy firm, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented CX Designer. Our client is a leader in delivering exceptional customer experiences within the financial services industry, and we are looking for a talented individual to join their dynamic team. Key Responsibilities: Design end-to-end customer transition experiences. Support the Product Owner (PO) in solving customer experience problems using Human Centred Design principles. Identify customer and banker impacts for transition journeys by product type and cohort. Apply digital conversational experience to enhance customer interactions. Collaborate with the team to ensure a seamless customer experience. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to manage expectations and provide updates on CX design activities. Requirements: 4 years of experience in CX design. Prior consulting experience is preferred. Experience in the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) sector is highly desirable. Proven ability to support teams in designing comprehensive customer transition experiences. Strong understanding of Human Centred Design principles. Excellent communication skills.
