About the role: You will be communicating with clients to offer a high level of customer service by providing accurate and consistent information and/or education. The ability to analyse and interpret relevant legislation and data while exercising sound judgement to make effective decisions and/or recommendations. You will utilise your strong communication skills to effectively assist customers to access and navigate online services. About you: Previous experience in call centre Investigate and provide prompt, consistent, and courteous advice to customers. Provide assistance to clients attempting to access online services. Ability to actively listen to and resolve customer enquiries.
