Job Description Responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Prepare files well at least a week in advance of appointments ensuring paperwork is in order including correct relevant medical documents and imaging. Positively engage with case managers and doctors about upcoming appointments. Consult and collaborate with team members on key tasks and priorities. Provide reception support as needed. Liaise with customers to plan and implement agreed services. Scheduling of appointments. Maintaining busy inboxes, with queries, appointments and non-appointment services. Providing administrative and operational support to consultant practitioners. Providing information and advice to customers, or prospective customers. Undertaking other tasks assigned to the Customer Services team, including reception duties, dictation, invoicing and supporting the greater team in general.
