The Role: We are currently in search of a dynamic and well-organized Warehouse Assistant for our Brisbane branch. In this full-time role, you will play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our warehouse. Your responsibilities will encompass various tasks related to inventory management, order fulfillment, and maintaining overall warehouse organization. Located in Underwood. The key areas of focus are: Order Fulfillment – As a key responsibility, you will be tasked with efficiently processing customer orders by engaging in timely and accurate picking and packing. This role involves close collaboration with the deployment department and includes the preparation of all necessary documentation for outgoing orders. Inventory Management - You will be responsible for meticulously managing inventory records, efficiently handling incoming orders, proactively collaborating with procurement to oversee stock levels, and optimizing storage practices to maximize space utilization. Warehouse Organization and Safety – As an integral part of this role, you will be expected to uphold a clean and organized warehouse environment, adhere rigorously to safety protocols, actively participate in safety initiatives, and consistently strive to enhance layout for improved efficiency and accessibility. About You: Prior experience in a warehouse or similar role. Strong organisational and time-management skills Ability to lift and carry heavy objects. Knowledge of inventory management systems. Keen attention to detail and accuracy. Effective communication and teamwork skills.
