Key Responsibilities: Provide administrative support to the Commercial Law team, including document preparation, filing, and correspondence. Manage calendars and schedule meetings. Assist in the preparation of legal documents and ensure compliance with court requirements. Maintain and organise client files and records. Handle client inquiries with professionalism and confidentiality. Qualifications: Previous experience as a Legal Secretary, preferably in Commercial Law (but not essential). Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research tools. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Pro-active individual who takes initiative.
