Our client is looking for a superstar customer service officer to take control of their internal contacts and contractors inquires, process sales orders, manage stock and coordinate all production and logistics inclusive of the transport and deliveries . THIS IS A FULL TIME PERMAENT ROLE MONDAY – FRIDAY IN OFFICE Key Responsibilities: Providing excellent customer service throughout the customer journey. Welcoming customers into our showrooms and assisting them with their needs. Managing stock and ensuring merchandise is well-displayed. Processing sales orders, generating quotations, and engaging with e-commerce and social media. Handling customer inquiries efficiently via phone, email, and face-to-face. Managing the Service Centre and performing office duties. Coordinating production and logistics, including transport and deliveries. Communicating effectively with all stakeholders and managing difficult customer situations. Performing general administrative tasks Required Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills. Experience in blue collar retail, hardware, or trade environments is preferred. Excellent face-to-face selling skills and an entrepreneurial spirit. Highly organized, capable of multitasking, and detail oriented. Proficient in using computers and quick to learn new systems. Ability to work well both in a team and independently.
