About you: With previous experience managing sales revenue and quota targets you will also have; Strong marketing and networking ability Excellent written and oral communication skills and ability to display compassion and empathy Fluency in Vietnamese and English An ability to conduct training sessions for small groups Good computer literacy skills An appreciation of the sensitive nature of a sales program in the cemetery/crematoria industry Ability to remain confidential and discrete A smart and commercial approach About the role: The Multicultural Unit is seeking a Memorial Consultant with a strong community profile and network in the community to provide service to families in anticipation or at the time of need for memorialization of their loved ones. Being the first point of contact for families and the community, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and sales by being the expert on our sites, products and services. The role will require you to work with families in organising cremation and memorialisation for their loved one. As such, it is ESSENTIAL that you are comfortable with discussing products and services to this end. You will be responsible for: Sales of cremation and burial sites, products and services whilst respecting individual family's needs and wishes Presenting product and service options to clients with sensitivity and to achieve sales targets and expectations Providing exceptional customer service by responding to general enquiries in the park such as memorial look-ups, raising work orders for maintenance of sites and at all levels of contact with external and internal customers, by telephone and face-to-face Your continued success will be achieved through extensive networking within the Korean community and by making direct contact and reaching out to potential clients.
