Your Role: The role of the Project Officer (Digital Design) is to: Provide creative solutions and high-level graphic design to create engaging digital, multimedia and print materials for teachers and students. Desktop publish documents adhering to the Departments style and visual brand guidelines. Provide support in web publishing of materials and online delivery. Consult and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to inform delivery of resources across the initiative. Have exceptional organisational skills and the ability to meet deadlines, take responsibility for tasks and prioritise competing demands. Work independently or collaboratively as required, to execute and complete projects from initial brief through to finished product while maintaining the highest level of quality. About You: The ideal applicant will have: Relevant qualifications and/or previous experience in graphic design, desktop and web publishing. Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Cloud and Microsoft Office applications. Experience creating digital illustrations. A high level of accuracy and attention to detail. A solid understanding of the following: Quality assurance processes Web design techniques & content management systems A strong awareness of current and emerging trends in digital design and publishing. An understanding of designing for accessibility and inclusion.
