Receptionist/Administrative Assistant 12-month FTC- full-time hours (parental leave cover) Sydney CBD, full-time office based role Up to $80k Our client is a boutique Law firm with a focus on commercial clients. This role is to support the running of the office as well as providing tailored support to clients ensuring they have a seamless experience. They have around 20 staff in the Sydney CBD office and this role is key in ensuring the business runs smoothly and that clients have a great experience. The ideal candidate will be client-focused, professional, and welcoming. This role is front of house so you will be responsible for setting the tone for all clients and visitors as well as looking after their needs. The role will also take on administrative duties for the firm with support from the Operations Manager. This role is offering a 12-month fixed term contract (covering leave) and we are looking for candidates who can commit for the full 12 months. The team are friendly, sociable and due to business growth this role could extend for the right person. Responsibilities include: Answer and direct phone calls Distribute mail, deliveries, and couriers Act as the first point of contact for visitors ensuring meeting rooms are set up with refreshments and any equipment. Ensuring the office and kitchen are presentable and well-stocked Administrative duties for the wider firm Experience/Attributes required: Intermediate MS office skills 2 years of experience in an office environment in a similar role is key Experience in a professional service or a law firm is highly desirable Exceptional presentation Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Full Australian working rights This role is for a 12 month FTC commencing ideally early July.
