We have various shifts available in our Gold Coast region, with an average of 15-30 hours per week, working in our Support Independent Living (SIL) homes. At UDC, we support your personal development with training focused on maximizing client outcomes and delivering quality service. Key Responsibilities: Personal Care : Assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting. Manual handling: Aid clients with mobility challenges through proper manual handling techniques and assisting with exercises. Medication Administration: Administer medications according to prescribed routines and ensure accurate documentation. Community Engagement : Support clients in participating in social, recreational, and community activities. Domestic Duties : Assist with light housekeeping duties, meal preparation, and maintaining a safe and clean-living environment.
