Supporting the Principal, this role will work closely with the College leadership team to ensure our vision, strategic plan and educational goals are realised, and to be an inspirational mentor for Teachers, providing direction for their ongoing professional practice and development. Our ideal candidate will possess expert level understanding of contemporary learning and teaching a proven track record of campus leadership and co-curricular activities excellent communication skills with a recognised ability to build authentic relationships staff, students, and families change management experience in an educational setting understanding of current issues within the education sector The successful applicant can negotiate a commencement date during Term 3 2024, or aligned to the commencement of Term 4 2024, or Term 1 2025.
