Receptionist - Accounts/Administration — Knoxfield, Knox Area

A well-established business in Melbourne’s Eastern Suburbs is currently on the hunt for a customer centric Administration officer to provide administration support to a busy legal credit team and back up relief reception. The role will be providing administration assistance to a supportive and friendly credit team and relief front desk reception. The role will provide excellent customer service to all incoming calls and foot traffic - covering daily relief to cover breaks and to cover full time during holiday and sick leave. Hours of work between 8.00am to 5pm; the ideal role for an experienced Receptionist/Administrator who is passionate about what they do but wanting to broaden their experience into accounts. Reporting to the Credit Risk Manager, this role will be responsible for; • Ensure filing is complete and debtor notes are updated. • Updating PPSR Register, Legal Costs Register, Default Register and ATO Default Register • Assist with following up accounts under Administration/Liquidation. • Scanning of files to File Bound. • Ensure filing is complete and debtor notes are updated. • Manage stationery orders. • Assist and backup Reception for daily breaks and annual/sick leave. Tasks would include but not limited to: ➢ Control and answer switchboard promptly and efficiently. ➢ All phone calls are to be answered promptly and directed to the relevant extension number. ➢ Greet staff, customers, and all visitors with a friendly and professional manner. ➢ Issue visitors badges and ask visitor to sign in the visitor’s book before entering the premises any further than reception, if they are required to do so. • Perform ad-hoc tasks as requested by manager. You will bring a friendly, personable, and positive nature to the business, a professional presentation, unparalleled customer service skills, and the ability to think quickly. You will also thrive in a busy environment, be exceptional at multi-tasking, and have outstanding attention to detail.
