Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in customer service is a plus. Proven experience as a Customer Service Representative or similar role. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations with patience and professionalism. Proficiency in using customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. A positive attitude and a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service. Must have the right to work in Australia.
