Roles and Responsibilities: · Define solution designs to deliver business initiatives, in line with the NAB technology strategy. · Participate in solution governance activities (e.g.: design reviews, governance forums etc) · Strong stakeholder syndication skills · Identify system architecture improvement opportunities. · Resolve technical barriers and roadblocks impacting delivery teams. · Able to drive projects from inception (study, feasibility & estimation) through to implementation (execution and handover) · Work with various platform, delivery, vendor and project teams to co-ordinate delivery of the business vision in alignment to the architecture · Establish new design patterns. · Support team members through mentoring, providing feedback, and highlighting growth opportunities. Your Skills and Experience: · Excellent React / NodeJs programming skills. · Solid knowledge of cloud technologies and hybrid platforms. · Broad data integration knowledge including legacy platform integration. · Hands-on programming and debugging skills on Java 8, Springboot, JavaScript, J2EE design patterns. · Hands-on programming and debugging skills on Amazon ECS, Lambda, AWS API Gateway and other AWS services or Azure equivalent. · Service Integration Concepts (especially with RESTFUL services/ SOAP based web services). · Design and develop solutions for Non-Functional Requirements (Performance analysis & tuning, Benchmarking/load testing, Security). · Good knowledge of JSON, XPath. · Ability to assess and implement new technologies and processes. · An open mindset and proven ability to innovate and influence. · Experience using productivity and collaboration tools such as Rally, Gliffy and Confluence in a software delivery environment.
