Seeking talented and bubbly Administrator for ongoing temp assignment Assignment Our client is looking for an experienced Administrator to join their team in the CBD. You will be responsible for compliance, onboarding, large amount of data entry and dealing with inquiries via email and over the phone. If you have experience in high-volume service administration environments and enjoy the variety this could be for you. Assignment: 2 month assignment and high probability of being ongoing for the right person. Responsibilities: Accurate and efficient data entry of various business-related information for compliance and data tracking. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing enquiries, resolving issues and maintaining positive client relationships. Maintain and organise company records inhouse CRM system, including invoices, receipts etc, along with general file management and archiving. About you: Proven experience as an Administrator, with 2-3 years minimum. Must be proficient with excel, be able to enter data accurately and generate reports. A strong phone manner and ability to remain calm and professional at all times. Positive "can-do" attitude and customer service focus. Ability to problem solve and think on your feet. Strong communication and influencing skills.
