ADELAIDE PHARMACY PTY LTD Proposed Salary: $73,150 to $75,000 plus superannuation Benefits Work Location: In person Task & Responsibilities Supply medicines, including prescription and non-prescription medicines in accordance with the Pharmacy Board of Australia and National Health Act regulations and guidelines. This includes: Dispensing prescription medicines (including medicine counselling) Reviewing customer’s dispense history files to ensure medicines are prescribed correctly and subject to any limitations imposed by law and/or prescribing practitioners. Providing advice including in relation to the use and administration of medicines, health products, therapeutic devices, side effects, drug contraindications/interactions, etc. Adhering to requirements relating to the dangerous drugs, including updating and maintaining dangerous drugs register. Maintain dispensary stock, including stock rotation, ordering, expiry-date checking and ensuring that medicines and vaccines are stored in required conditions. Maintain pharmacy security, including the secure opening and closing of the pharmacy as required. Qualification & Experience Must have completed a Bachelor of Pharmacy degree or higher At least 2 years of relevant work experience Provisional or full registration as a pharmacist with AHPRA Good communication skills and fluency in English Ability to work in a team environment, follow directions and be willing to learn About Company We, Discount Drug Stores Surrey Downs Pharmacy, are a dynamic Community Pharmacy focused on providing Health Services and Informative counselling to our local community.
