Call Centre Operator — Deakin, South Canberra

The Call Centre Operator is the first point of contact for the Mint's customers. Working in a small team and under limited direction, the Call Centre Operator liaises with internal and external stakeholders to process sales orders for Mint products received via mail and phone. They will respond to sales related customer enquiries via email and phone, including resolving customer complaints. The successful applicant is required to work full-time and on-site. The key duties of the position include The duties of this position include: 1. Processing sales orders received via mail and phone, including: a. managing banking transactions for direct sales; b. updating the internal order management system; and c. liaising with internal and external stakeholders to confirm stock levels and manage dispatch of products. 2. Responding to sales related customer enquiries via email and phone, including: a. creating and maintaining records of enquiries; b. processing returns and refunds for internal approval; and c. resolving customer complaints.
