Warehouse Storeperson — Mount Waverley, Monash Area

Reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor, the Warehouse Associate will start with pick and pack tasks, ensuring accurate and efficient handling of products. Successful candidates who demonstrate experience or an aptitude for receiving, dispatch, or other operational areas will have opportunities to advance within the company. The role offers regular overtime, providing additional opportunities to increase earnings. Due to internal progression, our client is looking to welcome new members to their established team. Description The Warehouse Associate plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and efficiency of the warehouse by performing a variety of tasks related to stock management, order fulfillment, and general maintenance. Key areas of responsibilities include: Pick stock according to picking slips. Create and utilize bin locations for efficient stock management. Package products and prepare stock for orders. Operate a forklift to move stock and pallets. Receive stock and process delivery dockets accurately. Offload pallets and organize them within the warehouse. Conduct stock counts to maintain quality control. Liaise with couriers regarding stock and order shipments. Profile Candidates for this position should meet the following criteria: A minimum of three years experience in a similar warehouse environment. Have full working rights (Australian citizen or Permanent Resident) Possess a valid forklift license (or desire to obtain) and relevant experience. Ability to handle the physical demands of a fast-paced work environment. Possession of a valid driver's license. Effective communication skills and intermediate computer proficiency are required. Familiarity with PRONTO, Excel, and external dispatch systems is preferred. Job Offer What's on offer With a competitive salary range between $56,000 and $60,000, plus the potential for up to 10 hours of overtime per week, this position offers financial stability and growth.
