They are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Legal Secretary to join their Commercial Team on a part-time (3-4 days a week), 12-month contract basis. As a Legal Secretary within the Commercial Team, you will play a crucial role in supporting two partners ensuring the smooth operation of the team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to work in a dynamic and professional environment on a part-time basis. This role would also suit someone who is an experienced legal support professional in their final year of studies. Key Responsibilities: Provide administrative support to partners and wider team; Prepare and format legal documents, correspondence, and reports; Manage and organise files, both electronic and paper; Schedule appointments, meetings, and court dates; Handle incoming calls and emails, directing them as necessary; Assist with billing and time entry; and Always maintain confidentiality and professionalism. About you: Previous experience as a Legal Secretary in a private practice; Strong organisational skills and attention to detail; Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint); Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Previous experience with billing; Ability to work independently and as part of a team; and Knowledge of legal terminology and procedures is a plus.
