Coach and inspire the team, while also leading by example. Serve items with flair and professionalism according to standards set by the Manager. Demonstrate competency in all duties as required. Report any discrepancies in stock control. Follow and implement all departmental procedures, standard operating procedures (SOPs) and checklists. Maintain product knowledge of all menus and wine lists in order to advise and make recommendations to guests. Use every opportunity to upsell and maximise sales. Experience within a similar supervisory role. Ability to work a rotating roster including weekends & public holidays. Previous Cocktail/Bar experience, with good wine knowledge, mixology and barista expertise A friendly, guest-focused attitude with passion for providing exceptional and memorable moments. A high standard of grooming and presentation.
