The Client Services Support Engineer will support and deliver of all aspects of the ITID (Information Technology Infrastructure Delivery) function. Primarily these are all customer facing services that ITID offers - including end user computing, video conferencing, ExCo and VIP support and project work. Responsibilities: Maintain high availability and stability of production services, investigate system errors and resolve within a timely manor Report and communicate/ escalate recurring support incidents to regional and local quality teams - meeting proactive and quality team targets Co-ordinate end user device ever-greening for ExCo and VIPs and new starters Participate and implement any Risks or Controls meeting the needs of the business Process international transfers and coordinate onboarding of new staff Support the IT Express Centre across both sites and the build room Manage the delivery of ITID products and services to the end user Requirements Requirements: Strong technical skills and banking experience in enterprise IT environments Exposure to a global bank, global IT organisation in a shared services model Significant experience in an IT client services role or similar Excellent communications and customer consultancy skills, ability to deal with all layers within the business and IT Strong sense of ownership and initiative Preference will be given to candidates who hold Australian PR/Citizenship or New Zealand Citizenship, or who can demonstrate current unrestricted work rights in Australia without limitations.
