To be considered for this opportunity it is expected you have prior experience in a similar role within the aviation or similarly regulated industry. Your ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced aviation environment will be critical. To be considered for this position you will have: Certificate IV in Aeroskills. Knowledge and understanding of the requirements of at least one of the following regulatory frameworks: DASA, CASA, EASA and / or FAA. Strong communication skills and ability to manage stakeholder expectations. Defence aviation experience (desirable) Ability to obtain and maintain and NV1 Australian Defence security clearance (visit AGSVA website for more information about Security Clearances). Your responsibilities will include: As a vital part of our Maintenance Support team, you will be responsible for providing managers, team leaders and team members with aviation technical administrative support to ensure assigned tasks are performed safely, to required quality standards on time and on budget. You will have multiple stakeholders (internal and external) and maintaining these relationships will be key to your success. Your duties will include: Undertake the Technical Query (TQ) process to satisfy customer technical enquiries. Source and coordinate access to approved technical drawings and standards. Provide technical support for component repair capability development. Provide technical support to aid in the fabrication / manufacture of replacement aeronautical product. Develop and submit publication change request documentation to correct deficiencies identified in technical publications. Develop and submit technical reporting documentation (Defence form AE061 or equivalent) to report deficiencies identified in aircraft, components, parts, or aeronautical materials. Manage currency and accuracy of the data contained in the Planned Maintenance Interval (PMI) database. Assist with Foreign Object Debris / Damage (FOD) reporting requirements.
