Electrify Now - Sales and Support Consultant (12 Month max term) About the Role: AGL is at the forefront of introducing new products and initiatives to residential customers in Australia, including 'behind the meter' solutions. The Sales Support Consultant will play a pivotal role in providing concierge service to residential customers, guiding them through the process of connecting to the appropriate delivery channels for products such as batteries, solar panels, electric heat pumps, and induction cooktops. Reporting to the Sales & Operations Manager, this role will ensure exceptional customer service while maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements. What you'll be doing: Customer Engagement and Support: Manage the end-to-end customer journey from lead generation to installation closure, addressing concerns promptly and ensuring a seamless experience. Lead Funnel and Stakeholder Management: Monitor lead funnel dashboard, generate reports, and coordinate with sales partners to track progress and escalate issues. NPS Survey and Regulatory Compliance: Collaborate on NPS surveys to gather insights, ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, and maintain high satisfaction scores. Financial Administration and System Proficiency: Generate finance reports for invoicing and payment monitoring, and work with multiple systems to manage customer accounts and sales processes. Sales Support and Upselling: Assist with administrative tasks in sales platforms, support battery sales processes, and identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling. About you: Previous experience in customer service or sales support roles, preferably in the energy or utilities sector. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders effectively. Understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance standards. Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software.
