About the Opportunity Our Regency / Stegbar showroom and sales office in Albury has an immediate opportunity for an energetic and friendly Showroom Sales Consultant to join our close knit team. In this rewarding role, you will be contributing to the success of the branch, directly impacting our brand promise and our customer experience. Reporting to the on-site General Manager, you will serve retail and trade customers within the home renovation and new-build market looking for your expert advice and service in relation to window, shower screen and wardrobe products. Responsibilities include: Showroom walk-in and phone sales enquiries for retail and trade customers Preparing quotations and sales orders Assisting with product enquiries Providing support to sales representatives Updating leads progress in CRM Related sales administration We will of course provide you with extensive on-the-job training and you will also benefit from the support of your experienced colleagues. This role also offers a pathway into Sales Representative roles for those wishing to progress their sales career further. This role offers not only a competitive annual salary but also an uncapped commission scheme to help you further increase your earning potential. Your standard working hours would be Monday – Friday, 8.30 am – 4.30 pm. About You Ideally, you will have worked in a consultative selling environment before. Still, we also welcome applications from people with customer service experience who are keen to make a move into sales. You will enjoy interacting with clients to understand their needs and present them with solutions, and have the self confidence and maturity to build working relationships with our friendly team, suppliers and customers. Professional and manage self well in a busy showroom environment Experience with house plan take offs and quoting (desirable but not essential) Supportive team player who prides themselves on their customer service Desire and ability to develop technical product, industry and standards knowledge Strong administrative and organisational skills Competent with MS Office Word, Excel and Outlook.
