The Role: Our client is a subsidiary of one of the leading international manufacturers and providers of formwork, shoring, and scaffolding systems. Located in Sunshine, VIC, and experiencing continual growth, they are seeking a proactive Junior Internal Sales Representative to join the team and create shared values. This is a fantastic opportunity for the successful applicant to work inside a successful company surrounded by experienced and determined colleagues. Training on sales processes and product training will be provided as well as ongoing support. Your duties will include: Processing of inbound orders - email and phone Handling customer queries and questions Liaising with Operations with regards to customer deliveries Managing customer complaints in a timely manner and escalating where required Updating customer CRM with notes and information General customer service duties.
