Senior Project Engineer — Leppington, Camden Area

Senior Project Engineer Part of the CSR family, our Masonry & Insulation business Unit are in planning stages for new major Capital & Business Improvement program, predominantly for our Bradford Insulation Manufacturing Plant in Ingleburn. The senior project engineer will support major site upgrades planned for the next 15 years enabling both the insulation and roofing businesses to meet our future business objectives.We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Engineer, with a Mechanical Engineering background on a full-time basis, who excels in leading complex plant, building and infrastructure upgrades, driving positive change, and developing strong leadership skills. Key Responsibilities: Develop comprehensive project plans (scope, objectives, resourcing, costs, and milestones) to provide a consolidated view across all functions and/or workstreams.Lead projects in intrusive brownfield upgrades of the 8 manufacturing sites for Bradford and MonierManage diverse range of contractos and suppliers both local and internaltionalManage, review, and prioritise the project work plans with the objective to deliver the scope and stay on time and on budget.Track budget, benefits, timelines, issues, and risks / opportunities of the project against plan.Energy, waste & water project improvements and sustainability performance monitoringUnderstand project methodologies including experience in delivery of business outcomes with software and business components.Able to build and maintain relationships and communicate across many different functions and organisation levels.
