The right candidate will join a fun and energetic team delivering digital marketing expertise to the Australia and New Zealand market, and an integral part of growing our business. Our client's ad solutions leverage our company's innovations and insights to find, attract, and engage intended audiences as they use our clients' cutting-edge social media platform. We are looking for a people and process orientated senior sales leader who has experience working across different functions in a digital marketing environment. Someone with a passion for improving tools and processes and developing people. Success in this position requires you to have credibility and experience to manage and balance priorities across multiple internal and external stakeholders. the role will drive consistent, operational rigour so that the program can continue to thrive in the rapidly expanding digital marketing sales environment. To be successful in this position you will need a passion for coaching, a willingness to experiment and move quickly, the ability to thrive in a dynamic, team-focused environment, analytical problem-solving skills and a passion for achieving results through operational excellence. You will need excellent influencing, communication and reporting skills to drive results in a fast paced, dynamic environment. Responsibilities: Key escalation point for all client and project leadership working on the program. Ensuring the program is operating effectively on a day-to-day basis and all team members have the tools, ability and motivation to perform effectively to meet program ambitions, including quarterly or other regular revenue attainment and KPI objectives. Manage a team of sales managers in order to improve productivity and achieve client revenue targets. People focused initiatives including engagement survey feedback, office location management, organisational design and execution matters, HR and recruitment. Overall policy adherence and compliance on the program. Staffing and workforce capacity planning Issue/risk escalation point on all matters. Final reviewer and owner of COB for business reviews Initial review/scoping/consultation on significant program or individual area changes. Qualifications and Experience: Minimum 3 years leadership experience in a Sales environment. Experience in or knowledge of digital marketing, advertising and performance advertising is a strong advantage. Ability to make decisions using data with strong analytical and proven reporting skills. Exceptional problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Extremely well organised and deadline and detail orientated. Self-Starter mentality that is ready to drive implementation of ideas and initiatives and own tasks through to completion. Flexible and quick learner, able to adapt to continuously evolving digital advertising environment. Demonstrate speed, agility, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills, ability to ramp up quickly.
