Exciting contract roles x 10 within a Big 4 Bank- Immediate start- Amazing entry level opportunity ABOUT THE ROLE Based in Parramatta we have an opportunity for multiple Team Members to join a team providing support to internal and external customers and offer a seamless end to end process for their customers banking needs. These positions are available for an immediate start on an initial 6-month contract with potential to go permanent. This is a fantastic entry level opportunity for someone looking to build a career. A DAY IN THE LIFE: Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers Handle, escalate and follow-up customer queries, issues and complaints and use judgement to resolve customer concerns on the spot Ensure daily work is prioritized and actioned within the required time frames Action incoming email queues accurately and efficiently Ensure compliance with all procedures, policies and guidelines Identify continuous improvement opportunities THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE: Excellent customer service skills Good problem solving ability Highly computer literate and able to learn new systems quickly Strong work ethic and time management Police background check before commencement These positions are initial 6-month contract opportunities paying $34.58ph super
