Some of your responsibilities will include: Provide specialist operational management (support, maintenance, and diagnostic analysis) within an Enterprise environment of Microsoft 365 Platform, with a particular focus on SharePoint/SharePoint Online. Identify, analyse, record, and manage complex changes/ incidents/ problems in accordance with established ITIL standards and procedures to the Identity & Collaboration software, infrastructure, and applications in this complex Information Technology (IT) environment. Actively participate in design, implementation, refinement, advice and maintenance of Collaboration Services processes, procedures, and technologies. Provide advice and skills transfer activities that contribute to building a highly skilled and efficient team of personnel in Collaboration Services technology support. This will include developing and maintaining high quality design and support documentation. Educate team to implement based on best practices and provides hands-on technical support to accelerate learning among peers. Applications may remain current for 12 months.
