Administration Consultant • Vehicle Inspection Services — Mile End, West Torrens Area

Exciting opportunity to join SA's iconic RAA Permanent Part Time role based at Mile End Join a tight-knit team with a fun, inclusive and supportive culture The RAA is seeking a dedicated Vehicle Inspection Services Administration Consultant to join our Road Service Delivery team. As the first point of contact for Vehicle Inspection Services this role will see you working within our busy reception area at Mile End. You will be responsible for overseeing the administrative aspects of vehicle inspections, coordinating with inspectors, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards. Your role will involve managing inspection schedules, processing inspection reports, and maintaining accurate records. Key to success in this role will be your ability to deliver an exceptional customer experience together with: Managing bookings via phone and in person Ordering of stock as required Preparation and processing of invoices Receive, receipt, balance, maintain and reconcile cash and EFTPOS transactions Plus more This is a Part Time job share role that will require you to work the following shifts: Week 1 Week 2 Monday 12.00 - 5.00 12.00 - 5.00 Tuesday 12.00 - 5.00 12.00 - 5.00 Wednesday Off 8:00 - 5:00 Thursday 12.00 - 5.00 12.00 - 5.00 Friday 12.00 - 5.00 12.00 - 5.00 About you You are a confident and passionate self-motivated individual who enjoys working in a high performing culture. Required Skills Proficiency in administrative and clerical procedures Excellent organizational and time management skills Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to manage and process large volumes of data accurately Proficiency with office software, including word processing, spreadsheets, and databases Knowledge of vehicle inspection processes and regulations (preferred) Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to handle confidential information with discretion Required Experience Previous experience in an administrative role Experience in customer service or client-facing positions Familiarity with the automotive industry and vehicle inspection services (advantageous) Experience with record-keeping and data entry Proven track record of managing schedules and meeting deadlines Experience in handling customer inquiries and providing information Background in working with regulatory compliance and standards (desirable) Prior experience in a similar role within the road service or automotive industry (highly regarded)
