The Opportunity: We are looking for an experienced Administration Supervisor who thrives in a busy environment and enjoys being part of a local community to join our Broome Resources Team. Reporting to the onsite Village Manager, the primary objective of these roles is to effectively manage the entire Administration Department in line with ISS standards and contractual agreements. This role is Bus-In-Bus-Out of Broome or Derby for locals only. Our Bus will pick you up from Broome or Derby and drop you back at the end of your 2 weeks on, 1 week off roster. HIGA Award Level 3 Salary of $77,600 Super. 2 weeks on, 1 week off roster. The Position: ISS is seeking an experienced Administration Supervisor to lead our on-site department, provide an excellent administrative and customer service, while ensuring all contractual obligations are met. Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations of the accommodation facility including guest relations, front desk service, housekeeping, and maintenance. Manage and lead the front office team, ensuring consistent delivery of outstanding customer service and efficient operations. Handle customer service issues, resolve problems, and provide hands-on support during peak times or emergencies. Lead the front office team and ensure adherence to company policies and standards. Oversee all aspects of guest check-in and check-out processes, ensuring a smooth and personalized experience for every visitor. Regularly report to upper management on the accommodation’s performance, including guest feedback and financial details. Forge and maintain relationships with vendors, local community leaders, and other relevant stakeholders. What we are looking for: Demonstrated experience in an Administrative position, preferably in hospitality or accommodation booking. Ability to resolve any guest concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner. Knowledge of INX & RMS beneficial. Microsoft Office Suite proficiency essential. As you will be in constant contact with senior executives and external representatives, you will display polished presentation and communication abilities. Police Clearance or willing to obtain one and medically fit to pass pre-employment medical. Australian Driver’s Licence (preferred).
