The Role This is an opportunity for an experienced Practice/Office Manager to join this growing workforce. In this role you will lead and mentor up 10 20 staff, also acting as the 2IC to the Executive Administration Manager. You will be responsible for providing leadership, administrative planning, coordination, and support to the greater team across 4 locations in the Eastern parts of Melbourne. Day to day responsibilities will include, but not limited to: Leading and mentoring the front of house teams across 4 locations. Support the administration teams in setting up appointments, leads and all reception related duties. Preparation of new procedures and policies. Design and coordinate process improvements, particularly with 'best practice' patient experience in mind. Lead the implementation of system automation across all 4 sites. Assist the Exec Admin Manager in change management, and other projects. General business assistance - lead and provide assistance to all internal teams. Your Profile You are a positive and energetic self-starter with an unwavering passion for fostering a positive working environment. With previous experience in a leadership role, you have a demonstrated commitment to mentoring and delivering a high standard of office administration and customer service. To be considered for this opportunity, you must possess the following: 3 years experience in a similar role, within a surgical or hospital environment Proficient in MS Office Suite , SAP or a similar ERP system Exposure to the healthcare industry is a MUST Excellent communication skills both written and verbal. Strong leadership & organisational skills with proven ability to be proactive, multi-task and effectively prioritise High attention to detail and process driven is a must.
