(pro rata) ASO2 | Full Time - 6 Month Contract Join the friendly and professional team in Dietetics & Nutrition as an Administration Officer at Flinders Medical Centre About the Role: An exciting opportunity within SALHN exists to join the Dietetics and Nutrition team at Flinders Medical Centre as the Administration Officer. As the Administration Officer you will be accountable to the Manager of the Dietetics & Nutrition Department and responsible for managing the EMR Dietetic Outpatient Clinics and associated outcomes, raising oracle orders as part of the administrative and reception service to the Dietetic Manager and Dietetics & Nutrition staff, which ensures that the secretarial and administrative needs of the Dietetics & Nutrition Department are met and an effective dietetic service to SALHN patients is achieved. About you: Act in a professional and courteous manner at all times when dealing with internal and external clients. Experience working within a customer focused administrative area, preferably within a health setting. Ability to work independently on complex and diverse workloads ensuring that any relevant deadlines are met. Proven experience in basic computing skills, including email and word processing.
