The Contract Manager will oversee the Property category, fostering relationships with suppliers, ensuring that SLAs are being followed, driving opportunities and supporting ad-hoc sourcing (simple) activities. Description This is a dynamic role where responsibilities can evolve with time. Initially, this position will focus on the post-award activities related to the Property portfolio, such as Solar, Electrical, and HVAC contracts, as well as supporting simple sourcing activities (gardening contracts for example) and issuing/processing POs. Profile We are seeking a candidate with procurement experience preferably in the Property/Facilities space, who possesses excellent problem-solving and relationship-building skills. The ideal candidate will be commercially minded, collaborative, and capable of driving results in a dynamic and evolving business environment. Job Offer 6-month contract with the possibility to go perm Work 3x days a week from home and be part of a fun, friendly team.
