About the Role As a Life Insurance Sales Agent, you will access a panel of the top 10 insurers in Australia to provide a comprehensive comparison service. You will contact warm leads over the phone to help everyday Australians protect their family’s assets, focusing on key daily sales metrics and targets to achieve the best outcomes for every lead. Engage in meaningful conversations, demonstrating empathy and compassion throughout the sales process. You will maintain high compliance standards while providing general advice only. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary, along with a strong work ethic and a positive, 'can do, will do' attitude. Previous experience in outbound contact centre sales is also plus.
