We are seeking an outstanding Service Coordinator/Workshop Administrator for our client based in Bassendean. The Client: Our client provides innovative fluid and hydrocarbon management solutions globally, for fixed plant and mobile equipment lubrication, fire suppression, hydrocarbon management, and mobile equipment accessories. They hold a strong well-respected brand, and due to further expansion, we seek on their behalf the right candidate to join their Perth-based team. Your role will include, but not limited to: Answering and responding to client and employee queries. Preparing and following up on quotations to clients Raising Work Orders and generating parts requests for procurement Scheduling and prioritising service activities. Ensuring all work orders are completed within the required service times Closing out completed jobs for dispatch and invoicing Successful candidates will have : Experience in administration of a service or workshop environment Be personable and can connect with clients and teams alike A team player who values a constructive and supportive work environment and brings enthusiasm into the office Is presentable and takes pride in their work Driver's license and reliable transport to and from work.
