Our client is one of the leading home builders in NSW and QLD, renowned for passionate people, innovative designs, and high-quality homes. Role Overview As a New Home Consultant, you'll be the welcoming face of the company, guiding potential homebuyers through their exciting journey. You'll collaborate with a vibrant team, showcasing the stunning range of residential homes, and helping clients find exactly what they are looking for. Key Responsibilities: Build and nurture strong relationships with potential homebuyers, understanding their needs and preferences to match them with the ideal home designs. Deliver engaging and persuasive sales presentations to highlight the benefits and uniqueness of the home designs. Actively pursue new sales opportunities through diverse channels, including land developers, real estate agencies, networking events, referrals, online platforms, and outreach initiatives. Guide clients through the entire sales process, from initial inquiry to tender and contract signing, ensuring a seamless and exceptional customer experience. Requirements: Previous experience in sales, preferably in the real estate or home building industry. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with diverse audiences. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Knowledge of the home building process (preferred but not required). Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
