Your responsibilities… Building long-term business relationships with multi-residential builders and developers, in particular boutique medium-density developments Advice on product selection and following this process closely till a firm order is received Negotiations on terms, supply, pricing Building an active pipeline of sales and projects, use of CRM to track and manage your pipeline Liaise with commercial plumbing merchants on upcoming projects Planning and reporting on your client portfolio Trouble shooting and problem solving Undertaking market analysis, monitoring competitor activity Implement sales and marketing strategies, product launches, events etc Key account management - staying in contact with business owners, procurement, project managers and trades You are… Proven track record of success in sales and pipeline development Outstanding communication skills; written and oral Committed to ensuring customers receive an exceptional level of service by building strong, long lasting relationships with clients Business acumen along with strong organisation skills Ability to understand product aesthetics Previous sales experience with multi-residential builders is ideal Exposure to the plumbing or appliance industry is a distinct advantage Why apply with Saunders Lynn & Company?
